VLM Series circular voice coil actuator
Round-bodied voice coil actuator on a crossed-roller guide, 55 × 53.5 × 105 mm, with an optional integrated force sensor. VLM-50C-10 and VLMF-50C-10: 30 N peak thrust, 10 mm stroke, 0.8 m/s. With the force-sensor variant, closed-loop force control reaches ±1 g, ±0.5 g or ±0.3 g depending on the 2 kg, 1 kg or 0.5 kg sensor range. Built-in magnetic spring prevents vertical drop on power loss. For mobile button testing, keyboard inspection and wafer-cleaning force control.
