iFM-L2 logistics line
Longer-pitch direct-drive line for material logistics, with 512 mm and 1024 mm linear stators and 280 mm movers. 2 m/s, 5 m/s², ±0.05 mm or ±0.1 mm repeatability, 100 N peak thrust at 15 kg or 200 N at 30 kg. Replaces reflow and return conveyors with linear motors to cut cost, in square, vertical or planar layouts. Runs on the same DHC60/DHC80 controller as the L1 and T1 — up to 200 carriers and 200 m of track on the high-performance edition — with wireless power available for on-carrier actuators.
