iFM-L1 annular line
Closed-loop direct-drive transport track in racetrack, rectangular, horizontal or vertical layouts, built from 500 mm linear and 90° or 180° curved stator modules. Carriers run at up to 4 m/s and 40 m/s² with ±10 µm or ±50 µm positioning repeatability, 200 N peak thrust and 15 kg specific load (30 kg with the PO2 mover). EtherCAT internally, TCP or Modbus to the PLC. Double-sided workstations and synchronous loop-back motion double the effective throughput of a conventional conveyor.
