DLARA-16-25
DLARA Series direct-drive linear rotary actuator
Linear motor and servo motor integrated into one Z-axis unit that picks, rotates and places without a separate rotary stage. Hollow rod for vacuum pick-up, soft landing, and a built-in spring that holds the axis on power loss. Eight models from DLARA-16-25 (15 N peak, 25 mm stroke, 16 mm thick) to DLARA-35-50 (64 N peak, 50 mm stroke, 1200 g load). Optical or magnetic encoders, 0.5 µm stroke resolution, 0.005° rotary resolution, up to 2000 rpm. Replaces the DLAR series. Built for IGBT die bonding, chip sorting, lens assembly and BTB connector engagement.
