EM-ISight automated near-field scanner
Fully automated near-field analysis platform for every phase of electronic development, from design validation to certification. A six-axis robot in three reach sizes (300, 500 or 600 mm view height) carries E- and H-field vector probes with 360° rotation and touch detection, mapping decoupled fields at 0.5 mm over PCBs and down to 10 µm over integrated circuits. Configurations from low frequency to 6, 20, 40, 70 and 110 GHz, each with matched probes, microstrip line, LNA and phase-matching cables. Includes the 10.7 MP vision system, RF-ISight processing software and compatibility with spectrum analysers, VNAs, oscilloscopes and signal generators. Kranti Robotics specifies, guards and integrates the platform for Canadian customers.
